Algorithms Make Us Stupid

I love music but I don’t want an algorithm to tell me what to listen to.

I carefully curated a 629 song 1990s Spotify playlist. That intense and lengthy experience — seriously, my list is over 45 hours long! — impressed on me why it is better to curate your own life experience rather than rely on an algorithm to do so.

In my new episode of ‘Timbo Talks’, I explore how algorithms make us stupid and why it is time for us to take back control. Our brain health depends on it!
